• Late or incomplete payments may result in service delays or suspension.

 

5. Campaign Management

• Campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads) are scheduled based on agreed timelines, generally following a structure such as 10 campaigns per month unless otherwise stated.

• Athena Digital Innovations is not responsible for delays caused by client-side approvals or asset submissions.

 

6. Confidentiality

• We maintain strict confidentiality for all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of engagement.

• Both parties agree not to disclose such information without written consent unless required by law.

 

7. Termination of Service

​

• Either party may terminate services with 15 days' written notice.

• No penalties are applicable upon termination, but services already rendered must be paid on a prorated basis.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., leads, sales, or ROI) unless explicitly stated in writing.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use or unavailability.

 

9. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

• Our work may rely on third-party platforms like Meta, Google, or software tools. We are not liable for issues arising from their changes, downtime, or performance.

 

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, unless otherwise agreed.
