This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients of Athena Digital Innovations ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may request refunds or cancel services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following conditions.
1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing services—such as campaign planning, resource allocation, and strategy execution—all payments made to Athena Digital Innovations are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.
2. Refund Conditions
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after payment has been made.

Client delays or inaction, including unresponsiveness or failure to provide necessary materials.

Perceived lack of results, unless guaranteed outcomes were documented and agreed in advance.

Third-party issues (e.g., ad platform policy changes, account restrictions)
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion, such as:
Double or erroneous billing

Services not initiated due to internal error (with no resource deployment or planning started)

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
3. Cancellation of Services
Clients may cancel ongoing monthly or project-based services under the following conditions:

A minimum of 15 days' written notice must be submitted via email.

Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.

Services already rendered will be charged on a prorated basis, and no refunds will be issued for completed work or partial service months.
In the event of project-based engagements, no refund will be issued once the project has moved into execution or production stage.
4. Auto-Renewals
For monthly service subscriptions or retainers, contracts are auto-renewed unless canceled with advance notice as outlined above. Failure to cancel within the required period will result in automatic renewal and payment.
5. Service Disruptions
In the event of unavoidable interruptions due to factors beyond our control (platform downtime, legal restrictions, natural calamities), refunds will not be provided. However, services may be rescheduled or credited based on mutual agreement.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a billing error or unfair charge has occurred, please contact us at info@athenadigital.co.in within 7 days of the payment date. We will investigate and resolve the issue within 10 business days.
